This extensive program supports the growth and empowerment of Local Women Owned Businesses as they go through a customized program aimed to get them ready to take their businesses to a next level. The Latino Business Foundation Silicon Valley recognizes the common obstacles women owned businesses often face and has developed workshops designed to assist the participants to overcome these struggles.
Every year the programs chooses three Local Women Owned Businesses to participate. The selected participants receive assistance to attend customized programs and workshops customized to each individual entrepreneur to advance growth in their business and achieve their goals.

Personalized one on one mentoring sessions to develop proven action plans that assure participating businesses continue to grow.
All expense paid workshops and initiatives or an alternative executive education program.
