In this virtual meeting, we had the opportunity to meet with professionals from the beauty industry.  We were able to learn from them of the many inconveniences and adversities they are facing due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.  Most of the stylists and beauty salon owners are unable to serve their clients and therefore, this has unleashed a domino effect, an economic crisis that affects and will affect the beauty industry for a long time. We heard many testimonials and also many very good suggestions regarding how we could reopen beauty salons in a safe manner. Now, our task and our commitment at Latino Business Council is to compile all the information received and to prepare a letter which will be addressed to our Governor of California to respectfully request the prompt reopening of beauty salons and other establishments in the Beauty Industry.

SALONES DE BELLEZA. En esta reunión virtual, tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir con muchísimas Profesionales de La Industria de La Belleza, y pudimos también escuchar de ellas el cómo y el porqué, debido a la pandemia, la mayoría de las estilistas y dueñas y dueños de Salones de Belleza no pueden atender a sus clientes y por lo tanto, esto ha desatado como efecto dominó una crisis económica que afecta y afectará por mucho tiempo a la industria de la belleza.

Escuchamos muchos testimonios y también muchas muy buenas sugerencias en cuanto a él cómo pudiéramos reabrir los Salones de Belleza de una forma segura.

Ahora, nuestra tarea y nuestro compromiso en Latino Business Council es compilar toda la información recibida y elaborar una carta la cual estaremos dirigiendo a nuestro Gobernador de California para pedirle, respetuosamente, la pronta reapertura de los salones de Belleza y otros establecimientos de la Industria de la Belleza.
